We want you to feel happy with your purchase, so if for any reason you are not, you may send your item(s) back to us within 7 days for a full refund or exchange-free of charge.

Please note, postage costs are non refundable except in the following circumstances:

 • the item you receive is different to that ordered.

 • the item you receive is damaged or faulty.


Non Refundable:

NON FAULTY GOODS - GOODS MADE TO CONSUMERS PERSONAL SPECIFICATIONS E.G. TERMINATED SPEAKERS CABLE.

Some of our products we offer will have to be made to your personal requirements. Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns where these products are not faulty. This relates in particular to speaker cables which all have to be cut from a reel to your personal requirement.

Headphones can’t be returned to us after use due to Health & Safety requirements.

Headphones can be returned to us if damaged or not as described in original packaging.


- If you believe that you have received a product that is faulty then we ask you to return the product to us in order that we can test it. It would be helpful if you could provide a note explaining the fault in detail and a copy of your order. If it is found to be faulty we will ship you a replacement or give a refund and refund to you the cost of returning the product to us. You need to advise us of this cost so we know how much to refund. In the above cases a full refund/exchange will be issued including any additional postage costs incurred by the buyer.*

*Please note, we can only refund up to the minimum postage amount required to send your item(s) back to us. Therefore, we always recommend that items be returned to us using standard post with recorded delivery for insurance purposes. Leave it to us ! Contact us by e-mail or phone and we will arrange pick up and return (Ireland only).

All items must be returned to us in their original condition within 7 days of receipt. Please let us know before why you are planning on sending an item back to us and remember to include this information in your return. It is also vital that you include your user id & item number so we can deal with your request for a refund or exchange as quickly as possible.

All refunds will be issued via your original method of payment and normally take up to 3-5 working days to process after we reach and check returned product.


Returned goods

Distance Selling Regulations 2000 (7 day returns). You have the right to cancel your order (for any reason), up to seven working days after the day of receipt, under the following conditions:

1. Cancellation must by in writing (a telephone call is not enough to constitute cancellation).

2. The goods must not be damaged or soiled in any way (otherwise we can not refund in full).

3. Goods arrive back undamaged (please insure the shipment if possible).

4. Goods are returned in their original packaging and complete.

5. Special / customised orders are non returnable.

Goods that do not meet the above criteria will be subjected to additional surcharges. All transactions processed comply with the Distance Selling Regulations 2000. For more details visit www.dti.gov.uk.

If you exercise your right to cancel, ownership reverts back to the supplier. The following goods are non returnable once opened: sealed media (unless faulty), cleaning fluids, general consumables (spray cans, cleaners), phono cartridges, earphones and headphones, unless damaged on delivery.

 

RETURNS

Limerick Hi Fi Bits liability is limited to replacement of goods, shown to be unsatisfactory. The company shall not under any circumstances be liable for consequential loss, loss of profits or any damage suffered by the customer, however arising, in respect of goods supplied.
